1. What are your delivery charges?
- FREE delivery on orders of AED 100/- or more.
- For orders below AED 100/-, a delivery charge of AED 20/- will apply.
- CLICK & COLLECT delivery option is completely FREE!
2. Remote Area Deliveries
- For Abu Dhabi Western region/Fujairah, the minimum order value is AED 250/- (Online payment only), or additional delivery charges will apply.
- Alternatively, you can opt for free pickup at the Raha store.
3. When can I expect my delivery?
Provided all items are available in stock:
- Orders received before 8:30 AM: Eligible for same-day delivery, depending on stock availability.
- Orders received after 8:30 AM: Scheduled for next-day delivery.
- During high-demand sales or discount periods: Orders may take up to 4 working days for delivery.
- In-store pickup orders: Available for collection next day from 12 PM until store closing.
4. Submitting the Wrong Delivery Address
If you have accidentally entered the wrong delivery address, please call PetDreamland at 800-DELIGHT (3354448) (Monday to Saturday, 8 AM – 5 PM). Our team will assist you in updating your order.
5. How Do I Pay?
At PetDreamland, we prioritize your security and ensure that your personal and payment details remain safe.
We accept the following payment methods:
- Cash on Delivery
- Credit Card on Delivery (Visa & MasterCard)
- Online Credit Card Payments
- Telephone Credit Card Payments
Payments should be made in AED. If payment is not received before delivery, PetDreamland reserves the right to cancel or reschedule deliveries.
For online payments (Visa & MasterCard), customers will receive an SMS confirmation from their bank.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Currently, PetDreamland operates only within the U.A.E, servicing all seven Emirates.
7. How can I track my order?
- Tracking availability depends on your order’s size and weight.
- If a tracking number is available, you will receive an email confirmation when your order leaves our warehouse.
- You can also track your order under ‘My Account’ on our website.
- For Click & Collect orders, an email notification will confirm when your order is ready for pickup.
8. Will I have to sign for my package?
If you won’t be available for delivery, please mention in the comments box where you’d like the package to be left (e.g., reception, garage, back door).
To ensure secure delivery, all customers must sign the invoice copy upon receiving their order or collecting in-store.
9. Click & Collect
- The estimated collection date will be shown in your cart before checkout.
- You’ll receive an email notification when your order leaves our warehouse, confirming when it’s ready for collection.
- To collect your order, present your payment card, photo ID, and order confirmation email.
- If someone else is collecting on your behalf, they must provide their photo ID and a copy of your order confirmation email.
- For in-store pickup orders at our Arabian Ranches Community Center, Arabian Ranches Souk, and Town Centre Springs, Meadows, and Emirates Hills branches:
- We accept cash on delivery and online debit/credit card payments.
- Card-on-delivery is not available for in-store pickups.
