Care+ Bathing Sand ensures that your rodent's coat remains in top condition. It absorbs excess fats and moisture. The bathing sand has a coarse structure, so that it easily gets between the hair and causes limited dust. Chinchillas need a sand bath every day. Degus and gerbils at least twice a week. For hamsters and other rodents it is an addition to the coat care.

Instructions
Put for approximately 10 minutes a day a bowl or reservoir in the cage. Cover the bottom with 2-3 cm Care+ Bathing Sand for Small Animals. It is very important that your small animal can move easily in the reservoir. Therefore, the size of the reservoir has to be bigger than your small animal.
